If you have a problem or are not happy with any product purchased from Coast Ballroom Shoes, please call us at 651-408-2255. Or send us an email anytime. Either way, we can help work through any issues you may have with your purchase. Return authorization is required for any returns.

If you purchased a shoe from our inventory, it is usually returnable. Shoes need to be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for merchandise exchange or a credit card refund.   Please try your shoes on a clean, carpeted surface to be sure they fit comfortably before wearing them dancing so they stay clean and can be returned in case there is a problem with the fit.

Made to order (custom) shoes are normally non-refundable.  On occasion  we may accept a return due to extenuating circumstances with a $35.00 restocking fee.

Shipping is non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment.

Shoes are not to be worn before being returned. Shoes must be in their original box. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted. In an effort to improve overall product and service quality, please inform us as to the reason for your return.
