Types of Payments Taken

We currently take checks; (personal and business), money orders and travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.

*Please note, if paying by personal or business check, you must allow an additional two weeks on top of normal shipping time for your check to clear.


Order Form

Please fill out the order form completely and let us know if you have ordered from us before. This way we can keep a history of your past shoe orders on file for you. Please be sure to include any accessories and special instructions on your order form as well. We will process your order as received, and email or fax you an order confirmation to review and make sure we have ordered your shoes exactly how you want them made.
IMPORTANT: if you are paying by check or money order, you MUST PRINT out the Order Form, Complete it and Mail it in with your payment.

There will be a $20.00 service charge on your account for any returned checks for insufficient funds. The account balance will need to be paid by Money Order or Credit Card. Your account will be charged the full invoice amount upon receipt of order.


Delivery Time

Since most of our shoes are made to order, it usually takes 6-8 weeks before your shoes can ship.


Production Time

If you need your shoes by a specific date please call 1-651-408-0522 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. “Rush orders” and “Semi Rush orders” are available for an additional charge if you need them quickly or for a particular event. We know you want your shoes as soon as possible and we will make every effort to get them to you as quickly as we can.
